Guests also have access to a shared pool and common area. – this is to refer to those apartments that have living room, stove, dining room, workspace, etc.

Is La Mona Loíza suitable for long-term stays?
Yes, we welcome both short-term and long-term stays. Our apartment-style accommodations are ideal for extended visits.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
Yes, housekeeping services are available upon request. For long-term stays, we provide weekly cleaning.
Can I check in early or check out late?

NO – the pool is surrounded by rooms/apartments and we have received complaints about this.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
La Mona Loíza is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Are there any nearby attractions or activities?
Yes! In addition to Ocean Park Beach, you’ll find art galleries, local boutiques, and live music venues all along Calle Loíza. Old San Juan is just a short drive away for those interested in exploring Puerto Rico’s rich history.
Is there a front desk?
La Mona Loíza does not have a traditional front desk. However, our host is available through messaging and always provides timely responses to ensure you have everything you need during your stay
